Water guided laser processing technology, as an advanced processing technology, can effectively enhance the cutting ability of the laser and improve the processing quality and efficiency by conducting the laser beam into the water flow. 1、 Laser
1. A diode pumped solid-state pulsed Nd: YAG laser with pulse duration in the range of us or ns, operating at wavelengths of 1064, 532, or 355nm.
2. The average laser power range is 20-400W.
2、 Ultra pure water
1. The system includes a built-in water treatment system and pure deionized filtered water.
2. The water jet is as fine as a hair, with low water consumption: about 10L/h at a pressure of 50-800 bar; The force applied to the workpiece can be ignored (<0.1N).
3、 Nozzle
1. The nozzle is made of sapphire or diamond and can produce a long and stable water jet for a long time without the need for replacement.
2. Diameter range: 25-100 μ m. The cutting width range is 27-100 μ m, depending on the nozzle size. The laser energy is always guided to the bottom of the incision.
